 I’m so pleased to announce that I will be joining the Opernstudio of the Gärtnerplatztheater in Munich for the next two seasons. This is a long-held dream come true and to do this in such a beautiful theatre in this city is incredible. I’m really looking forward to getting to work with my wonderful studio colleagues and Stephen Delaney.
I’d like to particularly thank all of the foundations, organisations and donors that have supported me to come here one way and make a start. I’d also just like thank every Australian artist abroad that I’ve picked the phone up to, had a meal with or sent an email back to me answering my every question about Europe. (You know who you are!) It’s been so helpful having such help on the ground before I came and when I arrived and everyone was so generous. I look forward to paying that help forward to my fellow aspiring Australians in the future - which means don’t hesitate to reach out down the track folks!
